Mario Castro is a Licensed Massage Therapist who is nationally certified, and has been a practicing therapist for over 15 years. Mario's interest in sports led him to
integrate his passion for massage therapy in working with active lifestyle people and athletes. Mario has taken several continuing education workshops but list Paul St John, Rich Phaigh, Benny Vaughn and Doug Nelson as some of his favorites.

Mario is an active practicing therapist that limits his clients to the University of Iowa Athletes. He also teaches the CCMT Specifics classes in a continuing education format for LMT's. Mario's interest outside of instructing include; spending time with his family, golfing and working out. He is married to Paula, and together they have 3 children, Corie, A.J. and Bailey.
